we hereby comfirm our participation, the signature on this application and its receipt NILE SUPPORT SERVICES is demand conclusive evidence of the applicant’s agreement to pay the full due fees. The application may not be cancelled by applicant.
The application further acknowlegdes the NILE SUPPORT SERVICES, having incurred expenses as a result of the application, is not required to refund any of the fees and the NILE SUPPORT SERVICES is also entitled to any unpaid amount that may be owed by the applicant.
